Program Overview

New York University - School of Continuing and Professional Studies (NYU-SCPS) offers an online Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Management degree. The comprehensive degree program will prepare students for the dynamic and global business environment. The specialized curriculum should prepare students with the combination of general education courses that provide knowledge of literature, natural and social sciences, history and the arts in addition to the core business and management courses.

The curriculum places a strong emphasis on leadership development, cross-cultural communication, quantitative reasoning, and team-building skills. Students may utilize innovative online methods to study topics of employee motivation and empowerment, marketing and advertising and alternatives in managing resources.
