Program Details

The online Entrepreneurship Certificate of Completion program from Montgomery County Community College is designed to prepare students to launch and/or grow a successful business, whether small or large, profit or non-profit. Graduates of this program possess the knowledge and skills needed to:

  • ​Assess and identify viable business opportunities to pursue
  • ​Demonstrate proficiency in fundamental accounting procedures for new or existing entrepreneurial ventures
  • ​Develop a practical business plan with realistic implementation capabilities
  • ​Demonstrate the proper soft skills of a business person, including the ability to communicate effectively, efficiently, and professionally in written and/or oral presentations

Requirements

  • Official high school transcript or GED diploma
  • Official college transcript (if applicable)
  • Placement test(s) may be required
