Bachelor of Science in Geosciences / Broadcast & Operational Meteorology
Mississippi State University offers the Bachelor of Science in Geosciences with a concentration in Broadcast & Operational Meteorology. This program provides students with a wide variety of meteorology courses. The program was designed to complement weather training received in the military. However, military meteorological training is not a requirement for the program. Students will study courses such as climatology, natural hazards, water resources, numerical weather prediction, and more.
