The online Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership program prepares educators to be effective educational leaders, able to respond quickly and decisively to a rapidly changing, culturally diverse, and technology-rich society, and ready to meet challenges in education. The curriculum advances educators’ abilities to be creative, competent, and compassionate change agents who are committed to advocacy, action, and attentive to social justice issues as they gain the knowledge and insight necessary to approach issues and trends from competency-based practices.
