Program Details

The online Master of Laws in Business & Compliance Law program is designed for attorneys who want to develop or enhance their expertise in transactional law and compliance topics.  The curriculum includes a comprehensive study of the law as it relates to compliance, business planning, corporate counseling, securities law, and transactional skills.  You will learn how to describe the laws and regulations impacting the business world across a variety of industries and to advise corporate clients across the industries on best practices.

  • Applicants must possess at least three years of experience in the health care and/or legal fields. 
  • Applicants are not required to be licensed to practice law.
  • Students are required to travel to Loyola's Chicago campus at least twice during the program for Education Immersion Weekends.
