Program Details

The RN to BSN option at Lincoln Memorial University is for individuals with a Registered Nurse License and an Associates degree in Nursing who want to earn a higher level degree. This program is an education option that prepares students for better patient care, family education, and wellness knowledge. Students can pursue their general education coursework and their RN coursework through LMU's program. The degree offers these three outcomes:

  • Prepare students with generalist knowledge of nursing
  • Provide students with the opportunity for career mobility
  • Provide a foundation for continued education


This is a degree completion program. Requires 122 credits for completion, including transfer credits.

  • Hold a current unrestricted registered nurse license in the state in which the student resides
  • Have been active in clinical practice for the last two years, or have graduated from a nursing program within the last year
  • Have earned a grade of “C” or better in previous nursing courses
