Program Overview

Many students have chosen to enter into the Bible Certificate program for the following reasons: they are undecided as to a vocational choice and wish to seek further direction from the Lord while enhancing general biblical knowledge, they want to be better prepared to serve alongside their spouse in ministry, or they simply want to enhance their knowledge of spiritual truth in order to grow personally and to be more effective in lay ministry.

The purpose of the Bible certificate is to provide a basic course of study that will give students an opportunity to survey the entire Bible and to lay a foundation in basic doctrine, principles for Christian life and ministry, and a biblical worldview. The program satisfies the requirement of one year of biblical studies for many mission agencies.

Upon satisfactory completion of the requirements, students are awarded a Bible certificate. As far as career opportunities, upon completion of this program, graduates will be ready to explore volunteer or entry-level employment opportunities for mission agencies, churches, youth ministries, para-church ministries and various service organizations.
