The online Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Management is designed for individuals who want to work in the health field without working directly inpatient care. Students learn about the management of systems to collect, interpret, and analyze patient data and to communicate information related to the research, planning, provision, and evaluation of everyday operations in health care services. You will also gain skills to manage positions related to the functions.
