Requirements

Students must travel to campus once at the end of their program for an oral examination.

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from an ABET-accredited institution with a 3.0 GPA in the final two years or approximately the last 60 credit hours (students who do not meet these requirements may be considered if they can demonstrate equivalent evidence of an appropriate background)
  • The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is required for students who do not meet the above requirement
  • Statement of objectives
  • Names and emails of three professional and/or academic references who will provide letters of recommendation
