Master of Science in Human Resource Management

Program Details

The online Master of Science in Human Resource Management exposes students to skills employers are seeking, including being versatile and able to shift between departments to work on employee development and recruitment, business leadership, and strategic planning, as well as preparing students to work in a wide variety of managerial and professional roles with both public and private organizations.  Courses teach skills in employee development, recruitment, strategic planning, handling change management and succession planning, and developing strategies to create diverse and inclusive work environments.  Students learn to apply ethical conduct, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines in human resources; focus on organizational behavior and strategic human resource management; and support organizational competitiveness and strategic initiatives through human resource functions.
