Master of Engineering in Engineering Management

Program Details

The online Masters of Engineering in Engineering Management program focuses on developing engineering, science, and management skills so students can succeed in a technology driven environment.  The program trains leaders who can meet both the technical and managerial challenges in developing modern complex engineered systems; students learn to build and lead multi-disciplinary design teams that can solve technical and business challenges.  Courses cover topics targeted to the skills and background of engineers working within highly technical fields, such as courses in IT systems, Project Management, System Requirements, Operations, Architecture definition, and Quality and Ergonomics.

Requirements

  • A 3.0 grade point average from an ABET accredited undergraduate engineering program
  • Two years of engineering experience or current full-time employment as an engineer
  • Calculus, engineering statistics, and engineering economy
  • Official transcripts
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Statement of purpose
  • Resume
  • GRE scores are required only if your undergraduate GPA is below 3.0 or if you have less than two years of full-time employment
