The online Master of Science in Education in Educational Leadership program is designed for students interested in school leadership. Students build upon their classroom experiences to develop innovative solutions that will build stronger organizations that serve students, teachers, and staff more effectively. An Indiana principal’s license is embedded in the master’s coursework but in order to qualify students must have taught as licensed teachers or been licensed counselors for two years.
