Program Details

Indiana University offers the Master of Science in Technology with an emphasis in Facilities Management as an online information technology degree.  This program is designed for working professionals in the field of facility management as planners, property managers, plant managers, facility managers, plant engineers or other related areas.  Courses cover a wide range of topics, with emphasis on project and contract management, engineering systems management, and energy management.  Core subject areas include energy management, contract management, maintenance and operation, planning, finances, engineering systems, telecommunications infrastructure, project management, and more.  Students will benefit from a shared virtual classroom with facility management professionals from around the world as they ensure the functionality of the built environment through the integration of people, places, processes, and technology.
