The Public Relations master of arts degree program is designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of both traditional and new social tools and communication channels. Throughout the curriculum, you’ll explore the key ingredients of an effective PR media plan, explore concepts such as events marketing and consumer research, and learn how to develop credible relationships with influential voices throughout the social media world.
- You must have a bachelor’s degree or higher
- Degree held must be of similar scope/subject matter as the intended graduate degree program, with a transfer academic average of 2.5
- Applicants with a GPA lower than the required 2.5 must submit a Letter of Intent, résumé and college transcripts for Program Director review
- Students with an undergraduate degree from an unrelated scope or subject matter may be considered for admission upon provision of a Statement of Intent and a professional résumé
