Program Details

The online Global MBA with a concentration in Human Resources prepares students to better manage the complex, constantly changing workforce of today.  The curriculum is a combination of Global MBA courses and Human Resources courses.  The MBA courses develop competencies in business decision-making, cross-cultural communication, and negotiations.  Meanwhile, the Human Resources courses help students learn to analyze HR situations in the workplace.  Courses use a generalist approach while providing a well-rounded understanding of the strategic impact of human resource management.
