Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration program prepares professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the criminal justice system that helps them apply knowledge to solve challenges at all levels of the government.  You will learn to develop effective and sustainable programs that are relevant to citizens, victims, defendants, law enforcement, and the courts while building leadership skills in crime analysis, policing and crime control, victimology, advanced penology, and intelligence analysis.  The curriculum strengthens analytical and problem-solving skills, helps students analyze and solve societal and criminal justice issues through the application of theory and strategies, and learn key legal and ethical issues impacting criminal justice.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
  • A minimum of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale, otherwise a graduate entrance exam may be required
  • GMAT/GRE may be a requirement for applicants that earned a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution, with a GPA below 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale)
