Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management

Program Details

The online Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management equips students to take on management roles in a variety of healthcare settings, providing the pivotal skills employers are looking for in healthcare leadership, healthcare quality management, healthcare informatics, community health, and healthcare systems.  The curriculum incorporates a thorough understanding of healthcare reform initiatives, including changes in healthcare delivery systems, healthcare financing, and legislative healthcare policy proposals.  Students can choose electives in their areas of interest, creating a highly relevant education in their chosen career paths.

Requirements

  • Official documentation of graduation from an accredited high school or its equivalent OR an associate’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education, an institution recognized as a candidate for accreditation, or an institution recognized by the Council of Higher Education Accreditation
  • Submit transcripts: high school if fewer than 24 transfer credits; college transcripts if 24 or more transfer credits.
  • Students with no prior college credits may also need to complete placement testing.
