Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Special Education program is designed for teachers committed to enhancing the learning of students with special needs in grades K-12.  The program provides opportunities to expand educators’ own knowledge, skills, and proficiency through courses, applied practices, and research.  Coursework is designed to provide the tools necessary to meet the needs of students identified with specific learning difficulties while also providing topics of particular interest to each candidate.  Courses include:

  • Transition/Career Education for Students with Disabilities
