Program Details

The online Master of Science in Educational Leadership program is for experienced teachers, school and district administrators, and other educators seeking to develop their leadership potential and competency.  Students work to improve PreK-12 education, especially at the school level, and aspire to be leaders in their organizations, as they complete coursework in research and theory in educational leadership and collaboration.  The curriculum incorporates a core of professional knowledge, including an experiential component, and facilitates mastery in educational leadership while emphasizing strong academic training and practical application.


  • Requires one on-campus orientation session
  • Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or equivalent
  • Minimum upper-division undergraduate GPA of 3.0
  • Official transcript(s) from each college and/or university attended
  • At least two years of full-time classroom teaching experience
  • GRE test scores
