The online Master of Social Work degree program is fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and prepares students to sit for the national licensure exam to become licensed social work practitioners. Graduates may pursue careers at family-based and mental health agencies, addiction treatment centers, schools, medical and psychiatric facilities, rehabilitation and correctional facilities, hospitals, veterans’ agencies, foster care and adoption agencies, nursing homes, and more.
Students should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 for Regular program and Advanced Standing. Applicants with an overall GPA of less than 3.0 and are applying to the Regular program must produce scores from the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) or the general aptitude portion of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE).
