Educational Specialist in Educational Administration & Supervision

Program Details

The online Educational Specialist in Educational Administration and Supervision program prepares individuals for senior level leadership positions in education at the district-level and makes them eligible to upgrade previously held licenses.  The curriculum is adapted for the challenges of unique school district roles such as personnel administrators, curriculum supervisors, and directors of special program areas.  Courses include Public School Administration, Staff Personnel Problems, Introduction to Internal Evaluation in Education, and Theories of Educational Administration.  

Students can choose from two concentrations:

  • Superintendent
  • Dual Language Immersion Administration


  • Must hold Level I administration and/or supervision license
  • Completion of a master's degree or higher
  • Official transcripts for all colleges/universities attended
  • GRE or MAT test scores (if more than five years old)
  • Resume
