Program Details

The online Real Estate Certificate program from Dallas County Community College District develops the basic skills required to become a real estate salesperson. All of the courses are required by the Texas Real Estate Commission for Licensure, and cover topics such as:

  • ​Law of Agency 
  • Principles of Real Estate
  • ​Laws of Contracts
  • ​Real Estate Finance

Requirements

This certificate program requires 16-18 credits for completion.
