Program Details

The online Master of Education in Educational Administration program is designed to give teachers in elementary and/or secondary settings the academic theory and practical skills to advance their careers as school principals.  The curriculum uses academic theory and practical skills to help elementary and secondary teachers become engaged, community-oriented, and transformational academic leaders.  Graduates are familiar with school curriculum development and implementation; techniques and principles of school organization, management, and leadership; educational administration processes including fiscal and political management; and ethics and laws related to administering educational systems.
