The online Master of Engineering in Engineering Management program blends engineering processes with business elements to provide students with a combination of management concepts along with a technical focus. The curriculum teaches students to manage engineering teams, projects, and business interfaces so that they are capable of making critical decisions to advance product development. Topics covered include: quantitative business analysis, organizational communication, financial principles and practice, and marketing management.
