The online Master of Engineering in Engineering Management program blends engineering processes with business elements to provide students with a combination of management concepts along with a technical focus. The curriculum teaches students to manage engineering teams, projects, and business interfaces so that they are capable of making critical decisions to advance product development. Topics covered include: quantitative business analysis, organizational communication, financial principles and practice, and marketing management. Graduates will have mastered concepts in engineering project management and maintenance, business analysis, systems engineering foundations and architecture, and procurement and supply chain management.
