Program Details

The online Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice program helps professionals combine their managerial skills with their knowledge of law enforcement to ensure that departments and agencies run smoothly and efficiently.  Students will learn the inner workings of law enforcement, corrections, and the law while gaining the knowledge and skills needed to protect people and their property.  You will also learn to make informed decisions, develop policies, manage records, advise crisis responses, run effective criminal justice systems, and develop a complex understanding of the ethical issues and controversial policies facing criminal justice organizations and personnel, among other things.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Resume detailing at least two years of work experience
  • Completion of 12 transferable semester hours from a regionally accredited institution or complete four course prerequisites at the school
  • Official transcripts
  • ACT or SAT scores (waived for students age 20 and older)
