Support and encouragement are valuable characteristics to impact others’ lives. William and Mary’s online Master of Education in Counseling takes individuals with those characteristics and immerses them into an environment to enhance those skills to achieve better professional results.
Students can pursue a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or School Counseling. The Clinical Mental Health Counseling concentration challenges students to develop their understanding of patients, intervention methods, and advocating for wellness. Students explore topics such as psychopathology, ethics, diagnosis and treatment, and more.
