Program Details

The online Intermediate Accounting Certificate of Specialization program from Coastline Community College is designed to aid students in understanding the topics that are tested in the Financial Accounting and Reporting portion of the CPA exam. Upon completion of this program, students are able to:

  • Accumulate, record, and interpret financial data
  • Prepare accurate reports for decision making and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrate an understanding of accounting and business terminology

Requirements

  • 18 years or older (if under 18, students must have graduated from high school, passed the California High School Certificate of Proficiency Test or the equivalent, or completed the 10th grade and received permission from their high school principal and parent to attend)
