An online certificate of completion is available in Computer Helpdesk Specialist from Central Texas College. This two-semester program allows students to increase their IT skills in less time than a traditional degree. Graduates can also choose to transfer credits from this certificate into an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology degree program.
