Program Details
An online certificate of completion is available in Computer Helpdesk Specialist from Central Texas College. This two-semester program allows students to increase their IT skills in less time than a traditional degree. Graduates can also choose to transfer credits from this certificate into an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology degree program.
Students receive an introduction to networks, programming, software, and business computer applications. Courses prepare students for entry level positions helping end users with computer systems maintenance and technology support.
