CCCC offers a fully online Human Resources Management Certificate. The certificate program consists of six courses and can be completed in less than a year part-time.
Students in this HR certificate program online will receive an introduction to the functions of personnel management in a business environment. Topics include employment law and regulations, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, employee development, and compensation planning. Skills and knowledge gained can be applied to a wide variety of industries including finance, retail, manufacturing, construction, and service.
