The online Graduate Certificate in Health Administration prepares students to critically analyze, improve and implement effective public policy in public- and private-sector programs and services that focus on the health care industry. Individuals with degrees in various disciplines will acquire an understanding of health care administration that will enable them to apply their expertise to this field, and those who have clinical backgrounds but no formal management training will acquire the skills and competencies necessary for supervising workers in health care settings.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0
- Successful completion of the Upper Division Writing Proficiency Exam (UDWPE). Applicants who score a minimum of three on the Analytical Writing section of the GRE are exempt from the UDWPE
