Program Details

The Associate in Human Resources Management, an online human resources degree, prepares students for careers working with an organization’s most important asset, its employees.  The curriculum teaches basic business skills and improves skills in critical thinking, problem solving, communication, teamwork, and ethics.  The focus is on human resource competencies, including:

• Employment law and business ethics

Earn certifications that are included in this program at no extra charge, such as Microsoft Excel and Certification for the Associate Professional in Human Resources through the HR Certification Institute.
