The Master of Business Administration Human Resource Management Track degree offered by Bethel University is a program of study that is available to students in a completely hybrid format. The hybrid format refers to the students taking mostly online courses, but also some courses in a traditional on-campus, face-to-face format as well. This program is intended for students who wish to increase their earning potential and to earn their Master of Business Administration degree. All students enrolled in the MBA program take the same core courses and then, in their third semester choose a specialization track.
The Human Resource Management Track is specifically intended for individuals who wish to increase their skills and knowledge regarding human resources that involves a curriculum that is aligned with SHRM’s HR Education Guidelines. This program aims to equip students to be able to take examinations for HR credentials and to be uniquely qualified for competition in the marketplace for positions in their field.
This program requires students to take and complete courses such as Organizational Behavior, Statistical Analysis, Marketing Management, Managerial Accounting, Managerial Economics, Human Resource Management and more.
A prospective student must submit a completed application as well as any fees, transcripts from previous academic work, two references, a 500-word essay, and resume.
