Program Details
The online Associate of Divinity degree at Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary is designed for adult students seeking to gain a foundational education in divinity. The associate program introduces students to the Christian religion and prepares students for career opportunities in Christian ministry. The curriculum skips general education classes and starts preparing students for ministry immediately. However, the program does not entirely provide a foundation for admission into bachelor’s studies due to the lack of core educational courses, so it is a terminal degree program. Graduates will be able to minister as a pastor, demonstrate leadership skills in ministry at local churches, and understand and be able to communicate essential biblical truths in the context of Christian ministry.
