Master of Accountancy

Program Details

The online Master of Accountancy is designed to provide students flexibility in balancing their coursework with their lifestyles, families, and professional commitments.  Courses cover key areas of accounting and business knowledge such as advanced topics in accounting, international accounting, planning, control and performance evaluation, financial statement analysis, financial accounting theory, taxation of businesses, and business law and ethics.

Requirements

  • Four-year regionally accredited (SACS, NCACS, NEACS, etc.) bachelor's degree from a U.S. institution
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a Green Card holder (Permanent Resident) and have either a USA or APO address
  • Must meet the business and accounting foundation prerequisites
  • The Committee considers the quality of the candidate's academic background, grade point averages, letters of recommendation, GMAT score, and work experience.
  • Both on-campus and distance learning students are required to participate in a three day on-campus residency during the final spring semester of the program beginning on the last Wednesday of April and concluding on the following Friday evening.
