The online Master of Science in Nutrition is designed for working professionals and adults, helping them develop research skills and stimulating independent thoughts while providing knowledge in food, wellness, and public health. The curriculum helps students develop an understanding of the relationship between nutrition and human health that they can use to start new careers or advance to higher levels in their current positions.
