The online Graduate Certificate in Public Health Nutrition Practice prepares students to understand the role of nutrition in disease prevention and health promotion, dietary assessment, nutritional epidemiologic methods, nutritional physiology, and food and nutrition policy. The curriculum teaches students to promote, develop, implement, and evaluate programs and policies that promote optimal nutrition and population health and well-being.
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 3.0 GPA.

- Writing sample describing the applicant's relevant academic, work, or volunteer experience, and the applicant's reason for applying to the program
