Program Details

A bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies can benefit individuals currently employed in the intelligence field or who want to become military, civilian, or corporate intelligence specialists. Students will learn how to research, analyze, and convert data into useful intelligence.

Courses focus on national and international intelligence operations. The curriculum includes studies of collection methods, research, ethics, and counterintelligence. Graduates of this online homeland security degree will be knowledgeable in the current permissions and restrictions on US national intelligence activities.

Students have the opportunity to choose from 12 different concentrations including:

  • General
  • Cyber
  • Counterintelligence
  • Criminal Intelligence
  • Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)
  • Terrorism Studies
  • Asian, Latin America, or Middle East Area Studies
  • Intelligence Analysis, Collection, or Operations

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • College Readiness Assessment (waived for students with 9 or more college credits)
  • Official transcripts
