AIU’s ABCSP (Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs) accredited Bachelor of Business Administration with the specialization in human resource management is a real-world based curriculum designed for busy, working professionals.  In this program students have the opportunity for in-depth study exploring  topics related to human resources, including building a personnel selection process, employee performance management, labor relations and ethical and legal conflicts. The industry-focused specialization means more than half of your courses are in your major and field of interest.
