Strategic Human Resource managers have more business responsibilities than ever before and are seen as a partner in organizational success. The MS in Human Resource Management prepares students for dynamic roles guiding HR departments to use the talent of their employees to make their entire organization stronger and more effective.

Students will learn how to align their department’s goals with that of other departments and the overall organization. Courses explore business data using Human Resource Management Systems to provide information and recommendations for effective decision making. Graduates are eligible to apply for the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Exam.
