Program Details

Enroll in online school counseling programs and enhance professional opportunities.  With this program, you will prepare to make a difference in the lives of children in K-1 2.  Learn to provide counseling and mental health support, helping students overcome personal and academic challenges or plan their futures.  

The curriculum consists of such courses as:

• Adolescent behavior
• Methodology
• Evaluation
• Professional counseling

Coursework, taught by instructors who understand the challenges you face, is designed to allow you to apply what you are learning to real-world experience in a school setting.  

If you already have a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or education, the PPS credential in school counseling is offered as a stand-alone option.
