The online Doctorate of Educational Leadership and Management teaches students passionate about educating others and creating change a skillset for succeeding in the field of executive leadership and administration of higher education institutions. The curriculum touches on global education trends, ethics of curriculum theory, and administrative and governance systems, as well as advanced finance, human resources, and mergers and acquisitions. The program encourages community outreach to build bridges between the home and the school.
