Program Details

Albertus Magnus College offers a Master of Arts in Leadership that combines master’s level curriculum with a leadership development program, designed for students to build skills in important leadership areas. The program balances the areas of team communication, community, and the projection of vision, and provides students with a background for leadership of diverse businesses and people.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA (4.0 system)
  • Official transcripts from all universities or colleges attended
  • Proof of proficiency in the English language (if applicable)
  • Proof of immunization in accordance with Connecticut State requirements
  • Connecticut Driver’s License or DMV Photo ID
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Essay (500 to 600 words, double spaced)
