Program Details

The Master of Fine Arts in Writing for Film, Television & Digital Media is a combination of an online fine arts degree and an online creative writing degree that increase visual storytelling knowledge and skills.  This program builds on the bachelor’s degree, helping students fine-tune their abilities to deliver compelling stories, characters, and scripts.  Working with Academy and Emmy Award-winning writers, producers, and development executives at a top art school, you will learn how to grab the reader’s attention with your stories and unique voice.  This is an intensive program that concentrates on writing, pitching, and the business side of professional writing.  Students complete portfolios of feature and television scripts that can be used to market their skills after graduation.
