The Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Product Development, an online fashion degree, encompasses the process of fashion product development requiring understanding and knowledge of the consumer, market, and trends.  Students also learn about textiles and raw materials, product concept and line development, and sourcing and manufacturing.  Drawing from design courses, students will apply a high level of design aesthetic to develop products appropriate for a brand and their target customers.  You will learn hand drawing and drafting skills along with technical skills needed to work with industry standard software to produce detailed and accurate technical drawings and flat patterns.  Graduates are prepared to work in various roles in a product development team.
