Program Details

The online Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership program strengthens leadership skills and prepares students to purposefully influence cultures within educational organizations.  The curriculum is organized around these competencies: personal development, resource development, collaboration and communication, organizational assessment, and organizational culture.  Graduates are prepared to make differences in workplaces, schools, and communities while leading with purpose based upon the foundation of Christian vocation.


  • Requires from 54-57 credits for completion
  • Provide an official transcript indicating an earned bachelor's and master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university or the equivalent
  • Cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0 or above 
  • Personal statement of interest 
  • Academic writing sample 
  • Professional CV or resume 
  • Two letters of recommendation
