Program Details

The Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership program strengthens leadership skills and prepares students to purposefully influence the culture of educational organizations. This online doctorate in education leadership has an asynchronous learning environment to accommodate working professionals. 

The curriculum focuses on five core competencies:

  • Personal development
  • Resource development
  • Collaboration and communication
  • Organizational assessment
  • Organizational culture

Students are trained in Christian-centered approaches to make differences in workplaces, schools, and communities. Graduates will be able to manage resources, implement messaging, and demonstrate healthy leadership practices to influence the culture of their organizations.
