Except those who go on to teach post-secondary education, state governments are likely to be a teacher’s employer. In fact, a common reason graduates continue their education is to improve their position within a school system. Master’s programs offer the opportunity to be a principal, guidance counselor or work with a different student group, such as children within special education programs. Professional programs tend to send teachers into Law. After all, business and education students have more in common than most would think.
