The University of North Alabama offers online students three choices with the Master of Science in Nursing program. One of these options, Nursing Leadership in Organizational Environments, gives nurses the knowledge and skills they need for management roles in healthcare settings.
This degree track prepares students for the politics and legislation affecting healthcare, as well as budgeting, economics, and management knowledge. The clinical courses for this degree can be arranged by the student and completed in their local area. Graduates will have the skills necessary to work in collaborative relationships across disciplines to improve patient and population health outcomes.
