Program Details
The online Doctorate of Education in Leadership in Innovation and Continuous Improvement is a cross-disciplinary doctoral program that creates and develops innovators to make significant impacts in various vocations. The curriculum is inspired by a Christian worldview, stewardship, and service, preparing and equipping students to have a constant drive to learn, make a positive impact, and add value to various vocations and communities of interest. Coursework is comprised of three core areas: leadership, research, improvement science, and innovation, and incorporates best practices from each of these. Students can also choose to take either a Business or Education emphasis.
