About Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary

In 1950, the Baptist Missionary Association of America took the first steps to form a national seminary and ground was broken in 1956. By 1957, the first students enrolled in the Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary. The seminary has continually expanded, adding degree programs, extending the campus, and preparing students for Christian outreach.

The distance learning campus awards both undergraduate and graduate degrees. Programs include master’s, bachelor’s and associate’s degrees, as well as diplomas and certificates. Students enrolling in the graduate degree programs complete independent study and online coursework in conjunction with residence requirements. Undergraduate online classes are delivered via downloadable Adobe.pdfs and students complete assignments from home.
