Program Details
The mission of the PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University is to advance the field by mentoring and developing practitioners with a holistic, interdisciplinary approach. Graduates will be prepared for careers as advanced practitioners, university educators, researchers, consultants, program evaluators, and more.
The flexible online format allows working adults to earn their degree through web-based courses and twice yearly residential institutes on campus. The master’s in organizational psychology program focuses on improving skills in reflective practice, qualitative and quantitative research, professional leadership skills, and producing quality publications.
In addition to core classwork, students can pursue concentrations in the following areas:
